Shipping/Returns FAQs

Shipping (in stock):

We are working diligently to get your orders out as fast as possible! My current turnaround time is 10 business days. Each order is personally packaged with a a lot of love and hu$tle!

Orders are shipped via USPS.

 

Preorders:

Please allow up to 3-4 weeks for printing and shipping. Thank you for your support and patience.

 

Returns & Exchanges:

Exchanges are allowed within a 5-day period once you've received your order. Product must be in the same great condition as you received it. You will have to pay for the extra shipping costs. Please make sure to read descriptions and measurements before placing an order. Please make sure to reach out to me via email before any returns/exchanges. 

 

Missing & Damaged Orders:

If you are missing an item - we will send it over ASAP! If you received a defective item, we will either issue you a refund upon request or gladly send over a new one. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local USPS with your tracking number(s).

 

Please include your order number in your email. I return all inquiries within 24 hours.
